Chiropractic Care
When you choose Elevate Chiropractic, you’re choosing neurologically focused chiropractic care built around how your nervous system functions, not just how you feel in the moment. Every adjustment is guided by real, measurable information about your nervous system, so your care plan is built specifically for you.
Our Chiropractic Philosophy
Chiropractic care at our office goes back to where the profession really started: the nervous system. There’s a structural component to care, but what matters most is how that structure affects the nervous system, since the nervous system controls and coordinates every aspect of how our bodies function. How well someone handles the physical, chemical, and emotional stressors of everyday life comes down to how well their nervous system is adapting. Stress itself isn’t the problem; it’s the body’s ability to adapt to it that makes the difference.
INSiGHT™ Scanning Technology
We use INSiGHT™ scanning technology to get a clearer picture of how a person’s nervous system is functioning and where stress patterns may be building up from life itself. These scans guide our focus of care and how we build out care plans, with checkpoints every 12 visits to track progress. We don’t perform X-rays in-office; if they’re needed, we refer patients out. Since a large part of our practice is infants and children, INSiGHT scanning is our primary tool for gathering objective information, even with younger patients.
Techniques We Use
We use a variety of techniques, primarily diversified technique, along with instrument adjusting and drop table work. For instrument adjusting, we use the activator and low-force techniques, especially for infants and for anyone with a more sensory-sensitive nervous system. We also use the Webster Technique on our pregnant practice members when needed. Our goal isn’t to put more input into the nervous system; it’s to help it unwind. We do not use Y-strap traction or other aggressive adjusting methods. If you hear a popping sound during an adjustment, that’s simply gas releasing within the joint.
Who We Care For
Our practice is built around families. It isn’t just pregnancy care, and it isn’t just kids’ care. We see stressed-out moms, pregnant moms and their children, along with dads and other adults looking for a neurologically focused approach to their health.
The reasons people seek care can look very different from one person to the next. Some concerns involve pain and movement, while others may involve stress, regulation, development, or recurring health challenges. Here’s a closer look at the types of concerns we commonly see.
Pain & Mobility
Back pain, headaches, or changes in mobility may be what first gets your attention, but we don’t look at the uncomfortable area in isolation. We consider how the spine is functioning, how the nervous system is responding, and what your evaluation and scans tell us about your individual patterns. That information helps guide care around your needs and goals.
Nervous System & Regulation
Sometimes the concern isn’t simply “something hurts.” You or your child may have difficulty settling after stress, feel constantly wound up, or struggle with sensory input and regulation. Because the nervous system helps the body respond and adapt to what’s happening around it, these patterns are an important part of our neurologically focused evaluation.

Children & Development
Growing bodies are continually adapting to new demands, from infancy and early milestones to school, activities, and everyday stress. When families bring their children to us, we look at spinal and nervous system function while considering each child’s age, history, sensitivities, and current challenges. Adjusting techniques are adapted accordingly, with low-force options available for little ones and sensory-sensitive kids.

Respiratory & Immune-Related Concerns
Allergies and asthma aren’t musculoskeletal conditions, and chiropractic care doesn’t treat them directly. Some families with these concerns, however, choose to have nervous system and spinal function evaluated as one part of a broader approach to their health. Our role is to determine what we’re seeing from a chiropractic perspective and whether care may be suitable for the individual.

Individualized Care Plans
Every care plan is based on the individual. If someone is coming in for overall wellness with no specific complaints and their scans reflect that, we follow more of a wellness protocol. If someone has specific goals or challenges, we build a care plan based on their presentation, stress levels, and scan results.
